1. Why do I see different items with different split shipping?

Because our products are all print-on-demand, different items are shipped from different factories. We’ve done our best to consolidate items to as few manufacturers as possible, but some orders may still arrive in separate packages and that shipping will be shown at checkout.

2. What are the proceeds of my order used for?

All proceeds from your order go directly to supporting the ship's Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) fund. This fund helps provide quality-of-life activities, events, and resources for our crew while deployed and in port. Your purchase directly contributes to boosting morale and making a difference in the daily lives of those who sail aboard the Reuben Lasker.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after production.

4. What is your return policy?

Since all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons like wrong size or change of mind.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

No, unfortunately for the time being we only ship to the US.

6. Will the colors of the products match exactly what I see on screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and the print process, but we strive for the highest quality and color accuracy.
